Somatic Integration Experience

A somatic integration experience incvolves hands-on bodywork focused on structural alignment while remaining guided by intuitive awareness of the body’s natural patterns and tendencies. Promoting independent movement and repositioning of joints and bone structures, subduing accumulated tension in the body, and fascial release are pivotal points of interest. The body is designed to readjust and align itself accordingly and so can be encouraged to suitably shift as it feels inclined and in its own timing. Any somatic integration experience may be combined with energetic techniques as they seem fit.
